At Mosman Kinderland, our aim is to provide high-quality early childhood education and care that supports the individual needs of children, families, educators and the wider community.

We acknowledge that our Centre is located on First Nations land. We are committed to strengthening our cultural competence, embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and fostering respectful relationships with First Nations communities.

Our Program and Practice

Our curriculum is play-based, child-centred and responsive to children’s interests, strengths and emerging skills. Learning experiences promote literacy, numeracy, STEM, creativity, physical development, wellbeing and environmental sustainability.

We encourage children to explore, investigate, take appropriate risks and develop respect for themselves, others and the environment.

Our educators use intentional teaching, collaboration, meaningful relationships and reflective practice to create engaging learning experiences that support each child’s development and align with the EYLF principles, practices and learning outcomes.

We are committed to sustainability, health and wellbeing, child safety, cultural inclusion and continuous improvement.
