Lexi is a Bachelor-qualified early childhood educator with more than 20 years’ experience. She leads Mosman Kinderland’s educational programs, family partnerships, policies and regulatory compliance while working closely with children across all age groups.

Narelle (Narelle Paterson)

Educator of Super Star group

Narelle is an Advanced Diploma-qualified educator with more than 25 years’ experience. She teaches the 4–5-year-old Super Stars and brings an inclusive, collaborative and joyful approach to preparing children for school.

Tia (Esitia Vea)

Educator of Shooting Star group

Tia is a Diploma-qualified educator who has been part of Mosman Kinderland for more than 11 years. She teaches the 3–4-year-old Shooting Stars and values strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Cathy (Cathy Watkins)

Support Educator

Cathy has worked at Mosman Kinderland since 2008 and holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Her longstanding experience and familiarity with the kindergarten help provide children and families with consistency, warmth and support.
